Scheduled an appointment with electrician to install an outlet to hook a generator to a grid. Nobody showed up, when followed up got “Debbie” got hanged up and told that service can not be delivered for next two weeks. If ordering services make sure they are legit, because they will charge you a fee in advance.

Hands down the best electrical experience I have ever had. Javan was quick and well priced. He made recommendations that improved what we were looking for. We sustained a lot of damage after winds and Duncan Electrical Service was able to get to us quickly and at an affordable price. On top of it all, they do great work. Be sure to call them for all your electrical needs!

Duncan Electrical Service were quick to respond and even tried to save us some money by making sure we checked with our energy provider beforehand for any issues on the provider’s side. Jeremy was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Duncan Electrical Service. I’m a new homeowner and have had various electrician companies out to my house to work on things. James is very knowledgeable from how to fix things to how to explain things to customers. He is prompt in his help too – always open to squeezing me in. In these regards, he is superior to the other companies I have called on.

We needed to solve a circuit overload issue, and James – with his assistant- did an outstanding job explaining our options and then getting the work done quickly and correctly. They even switched out an outside light at no charge (after writing up the invoice… so, *really* no charge).I will look no further when in need of electrical work in the future.

Lol salesman trys to sell you yearly services ever after you say no. Lol didnt even use them after that. Trying to upsell me before you even make the visit lol

When I bought my home, I was referred to Duncan Electrical Service for electrical work in my new home. James was the electrician sent to my home. He was prompt, courteous and very professional. He assessed the electrical situation accurately and gave me a firm price before beginning the work. His work was impeccable. I would recommend these guys to any of my neighbors, family or friends. I called Duncan Electrical Service and spoke with the service manager, who helped me set up an appointment. I appreciate the service of sending a photo and a brief profile of the technician who will be arriving. Because my technician arrived early, I was able to fully convey my predicament. He got right to work and was done in under an hour. He was kind and considerate of my property. I was quite happy with the service. I requested a quote for some future work from him.

So – I contacted Duncan electric after searching on Google. They have good reviews – however, after scheduling them for a hazard risk at my home (appliances were shocking us) we were scheduled for 9:45 – 1:45 time window. Called at noon to check the status – was told they would reach out to the tech and get right back to me. At 1:45 I called to get the status – was told the exact same thing that I was told at noon. At 2 pm I received a call from “Don” where he told me the electrician had been delayed at another job. The window was now between 3 and 7 pm. At 7:23 pm I called to see what was going on – “Don” did not answer his phone so I called the office line – was told that they did not know why the electrician never called me. I asked if they were able to find out – they said the manager would be in contact. No phone call once again. I called this morning as soon as they opened to get information – the receptionist tried to tell me that someone would be there around 1 pm. Needless to say at this point I was beyond fed up with piss-poor customer service and total lack of communication that I told them to forget it. Cancel any scheduling you have for me. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
