Locally-owned Air Care Professionals has been our go-to for honest, quality HVAC service for many years. Due to home warranty restrictions, I haven’t always been able to use them—but I keep returning to them. My first experience with them was over 6 years ago when their owner made an emergency after-hours stop on his way home from work to help us during a heat wave. Since then, I have recommended them to several people who have been pleased with their honesty and professionalism. Last year, we paid out of pocket to have them come after 4 failed attempts by the Vegas-based company our home warranty had been sending out. Air Care fixed the issue and verified my suspicions that the other company was being less than honest. So, this year when it was obvious that it was time to replace our system, I opted to forfeit the $1500 our home warranty would have given us toward the purchase if we used their “approved” technicians. I knew that when paying over $10,000 for new equipment, I wanted to go with a local company I trusted to do a good job and honor their warranty. They got us in quickly and installation was flawless–just in time for our current heat wave. I have no regrets.

Last May (2023), our 19 year old systems needed a recharge, so we made the decision to replace them. We gathered (4) quotes from the top rated HVAC companies. Air Care Pro’s gave us the best price and financing options. Josh, the sales technician, was able to answer all my questions and provide several options. Our installation technicians Micheal and Josh arrived on each day of installation on time and did a nice job of cleaning before leaving for the day. They completed it when discussed and answered any questions we had. This May they sent a technician out to do a full system check free of charge. There’s a very clear reason why they’ve been voted best of Southern Utah 6 years in a row.

I just had Air Care complete an AC tune-up and they were far more thorough than other companies I’ve used. They confirmed the appointment, texted me when the technician was on his way, tested all components outside, went into the attic and serviced the air handler, and checked the thermostat and air vent temperatures. The technician, Reagan, was very professional and courteous. I’ve found my permanent HVAC company. Highly recommended.

Our technician was very thorough and knowledgeable. I’d rate him higher than a 5. Very polite and orderly. Explained what he was going to do and answered all our questions. Good company. I have had them service my a/c and heater for 3 or 4 years now.

An amazing experience with the whole crew from to start to finish. I definitely would recommend this quality, fast service. They say it ..and it is done. They even clean up after themselves. Great Service.

Furnace & HVAC being huge investments, we got bids & compared notes from multiple companies. Air Care Professionals came out ahead for several reasons – competitive costs, prompt excellent service – fast turnaround, good communication in the process. We are very happy with them all around, & do recommend them to others in the market.
