Regen from Jco came out today to diagnose an issue we were having with our zoned HVAC (zones not zoning). In the hour he was here, he fixed the issue with the zoning, fixed another issue with airflow we were having in the master bedroom, and steered me away from a costly and potentially problematic approach I asked about (adding a 3rd zone to the master) when he could have easily taken advantage. Friendly, professional, kind enough to take the time to explain things, technically competent, and honest. It’s not always easy to find that combination. Glad we did, and we’ll be using Jco for future service, preventative maintenance, and any other HVAC work we need.
