We’ve had to call out a plumber 4 times over the last 2-3 years because our kitchen sink backed up and one time leaked out of the basement ceiling. Nobody could fix the problem. Arnies sent their plumber out who took time to figure out what was going on, crawled between the upper floor and bottom ceiling and changed some fittings. No more problems! We know because our sink doesn’t gurgle anymore like it always did when running our washing machine. No back up, everything is flowing. Thank you so very much! We were starting to wonder if it ever would be fixed.

We just had an AC unit put in and the installers Travis and Ray were great! Very professional and kind. I would definitely recommend their service and use them again.

I wasn’t originally going to write a review, but I see that this is apparently something that happens often. There is a review below that mentions an employee of this company running someone off of the road, and the same thing happened to us today while I am pregnant and our 2 year old was in the car. The driver of the van thought it would be cute to tailgate me due to a moped being in front of me going southbound on Kansas Expressway. I really should have called the police, because not only were they tailgating me but they were trying to speed up while merging almost running the moped off of the road just so they can cut me off. The dangerous driving by this employee could have cost me and my family their lives. I wouldn’t do business here, I would never recommend anyone do business here, and I certainly would recommend the driver of the van be put in jail. You think it’s really cute to risk the lives of others because you are mildly inconvenienced? Get a life loser.

We had just closed on our new home and I was waiting for the gas company to come and activate my account. He discovered “movement” in the gas line and told me to have a plumber check it out before he would turn the gas on. Steve came out and checked all the lines he could check and then waited for the gas company to come back to insure that any leak that might be in the house was fixed. While we waited for the gas company to come back, Steve broke down and re fitted the piping to the water heater that was the most likely place for a leak. He found a bad fitting and changed it out. Once the gas company arrived Steve discovered there was also a defective union in the piping to the water heater and changed it out as well. In short, Steve was awesome! Steve has pretty much gauranteed that if I need any plumbing repairs in the future, Arnie’s will be the people I call.

I had Arnies plumbing recently come out to my house to address an issue with my plumbing backing up. They were on time, extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. You can tell this company takes pride in their work, as they made sure to respect my home and really cared about getting my issue resolved . I’ve lived in the same house for over three years and their attention to detail was impressive. My problem was resolved that day, even with the city needing to come out and mark where the lines were. I would highly recommend this company and am so grateful that they were the ones called out for the job.

The workers are awesome, they get the job done quick and do a good job. But the office workers are disrespectful and I’d rather not deal with that.

Shawn and his wife did a great job getting our air up and running they were both very polite and knowledgable of the problem and it was fixed quickly we will definitely use Arnies for any of our future needs Thanks Andy Sellers

My a/c went out in the middle of huge heat wave. By the time I got home it was past 6pm and everywhere I called wouldn’t be able to come out until the next day. My house was 85 degrees. I called arnies once and they got me in touch with Dominic, one of their technicians. He was able to come to my house in under thirty minutes and had the compressor up in running again in almost no time using parts he had on the truck. This company was extremely professional and responsive. They did a fantastic job and I will be using them again in the future. Thanks to Dominic and the Arnie’s team!
