I contacted this company today in Springhill tn and asked them did they have a 60 amp disconnect box for outdoor purposes for a telephone pole,a guy named Jack answered the phone and ask me for how many breakers and I said 4 breakers and one main, he said yes…he gave me a number I could look it up and show me what I was needing and I said yes that’s the one… So I told him I would be up to get it, mind you I live out of town, so it’s a drive just to go get this thing…. So I got to the store and I told them what I was looking for and the the two workers there said we haven’t got it, I said your employee said it was, so the two guys him hauled around and assisted my time trying to sell me a 60 amp rv box and a 200 amp box I didn’t need… I’m very unpleased with this store,my suggestion is this,if you tell someone you have the item, it needs to be there, especially when they had it on hold for you to come get it, and don’t lie to someone just to get more money, or to gain more business……I am filling a complaint on this store… That is not how you run a business period…. People know what they are needing……. If you want people business you treat them as such……
