Great service and work over three year period they installed both ac and heat pump…had several typical hiccups one year and two years later…made everything right…just had a noise yesterday and guy came out…fixed it…serviced it and I paid 95.00…amazing!

We had 5 quotes from various local companies. And Cougar was the WORST! Not knowledgable and un prepared. Several other reviews talk about un prepared installers borrowing home owner equipment. UNPROFESSIONAL! And lousy for the price! When the young man doing our quote arrived, my husband could tell he was new, and or under experienced by his demeanor and attire. He could tell he did not get his hands dirty. He entered our home with a clipboard. No tools in hand. He first asked my husband for a “drill.” And then a screwdriver….. He took very few photos of our old unit for our quote. Especially in comparison to other companies. We were in the market for a new furnace w/heat pump and AC unit. The young man told my husband “you already have a heat pump.” He had no idea what he was looking at. We clearly did not have a heat pump as we were in the market for updated more efficient equipment. My husband had to start the conversation of a follow up. And the young man proceeded to open his clip board box full of brochures. And told my husband he recommended their top unit in the $20,000 range…… We were def not going to hire a company that did not even know what equipment they were looking at while giving us a quote, arriving un prepared and very un experienced with customer education/conversation on units. I’m sure that young man left our house feeling as un comfortable as we did. BILLS is the way to go! Top notch experienced employees with amazing financing options and warranties! We spent months looking. Bills, Bills, BILLS!!!!
