Had them come in to service our tankless water heater and check our water softener. Jim was great. He explained everything being done and also suggested things we could do in between servicing calls to keep the units running at peak efficiency. He was very knowledgeable and we learned quite a bit from him. Courteous, efficient and very capable. Have used Waterbury for a number of years and have always been totally satisfied with their service.
