Had my AC installed less than 5 years ago by Bergs. They must not have secured the copper tubes at the time which caused them to vibrate on each other, creating a hole which leaked out all the refrigerant deeming my AC useless in just 4.5 years! Hey mistakes happen, but when I had them work an estimate to repair, they said nothing was under warranty (which some of it is) and only offered 5% off of a $1200 repair despite the leak being the product of how they installed it! Not looking for a free handout but 5% seemed like a slap in the face. They missed a great opportunity to keep a customer! Went to Mountain View AC and similar pricing and willing to cover whatever they could under warranty.

Very pleased with the service. Brian Finch did a great job and answered all my questions. 5/23/2024 Got a new unit installed Fall of 2023. Was very happy with the service I received from Alex De La Rosa and the installers. 9 months after install I had an issue and Charles was sent out the very same day and took care of the issue. Charles has serviced my units at different properties and i will definitely request him every time service is due.

Berg’s added an air duct and installed my new over the range microwave oven. The men who did the work were prompt, friendly, and did awesome work. The total cost was the exact amount of the estimate. I would highly recommend Berg’s.

These guys are A1, their estimators installers and technicians are very professional, prompt and helpful. The price I received was lower than two other Heating and Air installers quotes here in town. Thank you Alex for spending the time explaining the quotes and different heating and AC options available to me. Thanks to the installers and follow on technicians who took the care to protect my property and explain all aspects of furnace and thermostat operations. Help! It’s winter and my furnace quit working. I called Berg’s Heating & AC Company (my “go to” for home heating & AC) and, as always, they are OUTSTANDING. Berg’s tech, D’Andre Yarbrough, diagnosed the problem within minutes. Explained the issue, in layman’s terms, and had the furnace running within an hour. Totally professional, competent, and personable! 20+ years in Sierra Vista and I wouldn’t go anywhere for heating & AC but to Berg’s.

The entire experience with Berg was outstanding. Worked with Alex to choose the best alternative for a replacement HVAC System and to receive a free estimate. Two of my neighbors had highly recommend them. I decided to go with the Carrier Hybrid Heat Pump and gas furnace unit that Berg recommend. I felt that they were very honest and we were able to get to a very fair price without all the wrangling and gimmicks. They did the installation the following week in one day with no issues or additional costs. The quality of the installation was excellent. A technician came the following day to fine tune the unit and to educate me how to best use it. So far, I’m loving it and especially the Ecobee Smart Thermostat and phone app. Great company and I highly recommend them!
