Gibson has been the easiest contractor I’ve ever dealt with. The whole process has been seamless. The woman who answers phones is SOOOOO nice and kind. I didn’t dread calling to have a question answered. She was so great to talk to. The guys who came and did the work were so respectful and really nice. We had a big job and they have been wonderful to work with. I hope I don’t have electric problems in the future but if I do I know who I plan on calling without a second thought.

We were experiencing problems with low voltage outdoor lighting. Had this electrician visit the house to rectify the issue. We thought the problem was fixed the first time, but not. Had them come back a second time, still not fixed. We were told by the owner and worker that low voltage lighting is a problem. NO suggestions to correct the issue were offered. Not even a third look-see was offered. We were charged $600.00+ and NO satisfaction. Definitely not going to use this guy ever again, or recommend them.

A soap dispenser in my bathroom was broken while electricians were at my home, I called the company to get to the bottom of it and the front desk person called my roommate a liar and was not returning my calls for 3 weeks. Then proceeded to tell me I shouldn’t have waited 3 weeks even though I called multiple times. I understand accidents happen but I wouldn’t be so upset if they just responded to my calls in the first place & not have berated me through the phone.

I had Gibson add a sub-panel to my new garage. Steve and the front office communicated clearly and often. The electricians showed up on time, we’re professional, and did a great job. You couldn’t ask for a better experience. Thanks Gibsons!
