Called several weeks early to set up a maintenance check on a boiler system. On the day scheduled, no technician showed up. Called only to be told that there was a scheduling error and could we re-schedule for the next day. The next day no one appeared. When I called, the response was “No way.” Obviously, customer service is not a selling point of Aldag Honold.

Worst services ever! Billed me for not even having any work done! Didn’t even get a bill pr nothing, just a letter from a debt collector! Would not recommend to anyone with how disrespectful they are!
