I had high hopes because of the high ratings. Sadly, I was ignored. I put in a call on Thursday morning for a simple freon fill. Here it is, almost 8PM, Thursday evening and nothing. Didn’t even get a courtesy call back. I wasted the day waiting on a call back when I could of called Gordon’s. They will be here tomorrow. Would have been today had I not waited. All the 5 stars must be fake.
