I had called around to a few companies for a quote regarding our aging system, Garrett came over the following day, informed me of what was necessary. After talking with him a few times regarding certain systems we decided to contract him to install a new whole house system. He scheduled us within the week and worked quick and efficiently to get us back up and running with our new system. The house has never been this cool and quiet while our a/c has been running. His work is clean and he really knows his stuff. I’d recommend little river to anyone and everyone.

Honest guy! He came on a Sunday to repair our broken AC! He didn’t even charge us an extra fee for emergency services! He fixed our problem! Got his name from our local buy nothing companion group! Definitely, would recommend him to anyone and everyone!

5.0 Henry H. Kansas City, MO 4/14/2024 Repair or Service a Central Air Conditioning System Professional, reliable and knowledgeable. He has saved the day for me more than once. After purchasing a new home he found issues the inspection missed(and the seller). Is always my first call whether it be emergent or maintenance. More than anything he helps me understand the problem and what the fix requires, always learn something that may save me money in the future.

Garrett came right away to fix our hvac issue. He was very helpful, went above and beyond, and truly cared. We definitely will be coming back to Garrett for any of our hvac needs.

Our furnace stopped working before going to bed last night, and of course, this happened right before the first hard freeze of the season! I called Little River Heat & Air and Garrett was able to get me in pretty much first thing this morning. He arrived around 9ish and was done before 10AM, leaving the furnace working again, as it should. On top of being very proficient, Garrett was knowledgeable, respectful and in my opinion, very fair with his pricing. Excellent service all around!

I called Monday evening and got an appointment for a couple of days later on Wednesday AM. It was really hot, so I ended up finding someone to come out Tuesday- they gave me a really high quote so I didn’t have them do any work. I ended up keeping my appointment with Little River and I am so glad I did. He did all the repairs for $150 cheaper than what I was quoted from another company. He was really courteous and thorough explaining everything he was doing. He did extra testing before he left to make sure that everything was running fine. I highly recommend this business. It is worth the wait.

Our air conditioner went out last week and Garrett came out at 7pm and got us back up and running. He seems very knowledgeable in what he does and our AC is actually working better than it has in a long time.

Garette replaced my old old Old Amana a/c with a brand new Heil a/c. He completely rebuilt the ac air chamber and did a great job with the install of the secondary over flow pan..he’s a true professional and I highly recommend him for your a/c install or replacement ñeeds.

10/10 recommend. Our furnace had been struggling all winter, we have a baby on the way so we needed it fixed asap. We have had about 6 people come out and no one ever fixed it. It’s 14 degrees outside today and our house is set at 73 and keeping up just fine, when previously it would struggle to get our house to 60 degrees if it was even 30 degrees outside. They were able to attend to us quickly, and when he came he got straight to work and fixed our issue. We are very pleased with the service. Will definitely be using them again in the future if we have any other issues.
