Very prompt competent and efficient service. Called on a weekend concerning a water leak and they arrived within 30 minutes. The plumbers were polite and knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions. Great customer service

My husband was trying to fix a kitchen faucet leak on a Saturday morning. The leak got out of hand and started leaking underneath the sink. We called schnieder to come look .The plumber said he had stopped the leak and that we needed a new faucet. He said we could go buy it and he would fix it. He also informed us if we had him to install on Saturday it would cost more,so we scheduled it for the following Monday because he said it would be cheaper to do it that way.He was at our home about 10 min.at the most. After he left the underneath was still leaking and I put containers under to catch the water. My husband bought a new faucet and him and a friend installed the next day. I called schnieder and canceled the faucet installation we had scheduled for the following Monday. Today we get a bill for 269.00 for 10 min work.I called scnhieder after we got the bill today and ask them how much it would have been if the plumber would have actually installed the faucet on Saturday and they said the same price as the bill we got. I guess we got charged 269.00 even though we installed it.

Very good customer service from start to finish. The crew arrived on time for both the hvac installation and when replacing the pipes under our home. They were responsive and attentive to both jobs and finished in a timely manner. Any issues were taken care of immediately and everything is up and running! Amanda and her team provided us with 5-star service! We highly recommend them for all heating/cooling and plumbing needs.

2 Heat pumps And duct work installed in four and a half days very pleased with the installation and I’m sure the performance will be even better.

We had no hot water, techs found a broken pipe and decided to replace all pipes and valves (old house). So glad they did, now we have plenty of hot water and more pressure than ever! Techs were very professional. Very happy with the service.
