30 min response time. Fixed my electrical issue on the spot, had a bad wire in a 50 amp circuit on a rv.. Professional and a honest hardworking fella. First and last call anyone needs to make when it comes to an electrical concern.

Jud was wonderful to work with. He made time for us to coordinate with other projects. He was kind, prompt, and very professional. He offered options to improve quality vs saving money, and left it up to us. He is a true professional. We can’t wait to have him back to help with future projects!

I’m so thankful for ascend. Jud is a honest hardworking man who does what he says he will do. Very respectful honest and trustworthy. These qualities are hard to find these days. Ascend Electric does an excellent job!!!!! I will be using them in the future.Mr. Jud did an excellent job explaining everything to me and he made sure everything was working properly be he left. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend him.

My wife and I were without power at our property. I could not figure out the problem. We called Ascend on a Saturday afternoon and within 15-20 minutes of the phone call, they were onsite and had our issue resolved. I would highly recommend using them if you have the chance!
