For several years, Tri-County has kept our original system going. I appreciate the fact that they saved my family money by replacing certain parts rather than trying to sell me a new unit. I love the honesty. This year WE chose to replace the entire unit with no pressure from Tri-County. There tech replaced the unit in one day. As far as paying, Tri-County showed us several payment options for us to choose from. Thanks Tri-County for putting this customer first!

Up until this year I’ve been happy, but they really stuck it to me. Had to have compressor and coil replaced. Both under warranty but labor over $1500 for each in space of a month. Guy who installed compressor overcharged according to two other HVAC Companies separately and TCA charged for a follow up visit without fixing anything. Still trying to get this fixed, but everyone wants big bucks to fix what should been made right by Tricounty.
