I called for emergency service. No power at all due to a bad breaker. I was told by there er person I can come out and charge you but probably can’t fix it until the next day. He had more excuses why he couldn’t come out. .

Ricky and John were our installers and were polite ,articulate and friendly as well as professional.Justin started the system for us and explained all aspects to us .All service was prompt and all questions answered in a friendly and understandable manner Thank you all

When someone says their spouse died, don’t simply move on without being a human being and expressing condolences. It’s called decency. And, when you commit to a day, don’t take three additional days and carry on as if you hadn’t missed the day you committed to. I can’t speak to their work, but I can speak to their character, and every interaction I’ve had with Complete Electric has been similar. I have tried to hire them twice before and twice before they did similar things. This third chance was their last chance to have integrity.

I have used them over the last 3 years for everything from outlet installation, water heater replacement wiring, to generator install and maintenance. Yes they there have been a couple slip ups. But every time they made a mistake they have owned it and made it right. I plan to keep using them because they are dependable. Probably not the cheapest, but I am willing to pay a little extra for a company that stands behind their work.

Mike, the manager, worked on our storage facility cameras and gates and fixed all issues on time and on the same day! Additionally, he provided a thorough and easy-to-understand explanation of what went wrong and how to resolve the problem if it occurs again. He was very competent and respectful!

I called to have a light replaced and some wires checked in the attic. We scheduled an appointment for 8 am in 2 days so they could buy a replacement light. So I waited on the day of the appointment until 9:30. When I called they said the appointment was for 1:30-2 not 8 ! I was like what? So I wasted an hour and a half waiting for them. Then close to 1:30 they called and said nobody was coming at all ! I was like what? And I did not reschedule due to the already bad experience I was having with them. After reading some reviews I can see I did the right thing.

This should really be a zero star review. I called and spoke to a rep on 11/21. We weren’t looking for the service to be completed until after Thanksgiving. The rep said great she would call me back to schedule for this week. Crickets never got a response back. Called today 11/27 and got a rep on the phone. She stated that service would call back today to schedule. While waiting I called a competitor. I was able to get an appt for 9am 11/28. Complete Electric finally called back with 1st available appt Dec 5. I understand being busy, but not calling customers back is just bad for business.

I have tried 4 times to just get work scheduled with this company, they tell me someone will call me back and they never do. I would contact another company if you’re looking to actually get any work done.
