i was incredibly pleased with how efficiently and skillfully diego and malik handled our lighting requirements. they replaced numerous bulbs and fluorescent tubes, ensuring our display area was brilliantly lit ahead of a significant promotional event in schaumburg. despite the busy season for electrical/lighting tasks, they managed to accommodate us on short notice after another worker had declined our request. thanks for the diligent work, guys!

Not only was the installation done immaculately, but Diego also went above and beyond to rectify and tidy up some previous electrical work. the electrical conduit was not properly sloped, causing water to be retained instead of draining back into the unit. however, gerald swiftly corrected this issue and even took the time to show me potential future problems such as a clogged conduit. he demonstrated how i could easily access and unclog it within a few seconds. additionally, he extended the conduit and added a small angled piece to ensure that it would drain directly and not fall short, which previously resulted in a mold trail. now, in our schaumburg home, everything is functioning smoothly and efficiently.
