Been Manwill customers for years. Had the worst experience today. Tech came out for our A/C. He was disgruntled from the time he got out of his truck. Seemed annoyed to have to make a call at the end of the day. Just didn’t want to bother with our old unit. Shrugged off any questions, gave no answers or discussion or help. Left us with no A/C and no solutions in 98* weather. Couldn’t get out fast enough. So disappointed- No more Manwill for us—

I have been a Manwill customer since 1993 / there about. They have always provided the best of service, on all fronts, quality products and fare pricing. I would recommend them whole heartily with complete confidence you will be happy and satisfied. I gave them 4 stars do to one error. My choice was to get my system pressure tested as I had been losing coolant for years, as their record will show. This test would run about $3,000+/-. OR replace my old furnace (1993), but running fine for $4,500+/- and the pressure test would be part of that process and my parts are cover under the AC warranty. No brainer, go with the new furnace. Everything went as planned but my bill came in at $7,500+/-. I had expected to pay for the coolant (Which is not cheep). Where I went wrong was labor was $250/hour. I had 2 guys on my job (1 was being trained) for 6 hour. Had I only know I would have choose differently. Would I and do I still recommend Manwall? YES! Madder of fact, my son just purchase his first house which needed 2 AC units. Need I say it, Manwell got his business, good choice son!

My AC died Sunday night. I called 8am Monday morning and by 9:30 I had a functioning AC repaired for a little over $300. Paul was punctual and efficient and also very helpful in informing me ways to extend the life of my AC

We are very grateful to Manwill – particularly Mark Evans. Our A/C went out late on Friday; he came on Saturday and found a problem with the circuit board. Although our furnace is not a brand they normally service, he had it fixed by Monday. He was both friendly and helpful

I called Manwill on a Sunday morning after my AC failed on a Saturday night. Mark the technician was at my house within a couple hours. I was pretty sure that my condenser motor fan had blown, and was pleasantly surprised when Mark told me that my blower motor fan was fine, it was my capacitor, a part which would cost *significantly* less than replacing the motor. Frankly I am always a little shocked when a service company disagrees with my unprofessional opinion of what is wrong in order to charge me LESS than what I thought it would be. I appreciate Mark’s integrity and skill, and whole-heartedly recommend his services.

Tyler was knowledgeable, friendly and didn’t try to up sell me. I would have trusted him if he recommended any additional services – he said everything looked in good working condition.

Great service!! Not only from the techs, but from the receptionist. I’ve been using Manwill for years and have always felt confident they have my best interest at heart. They’ve never tried to sell me something I didn’t need, and have always given me options.
