We are a gym design company. I was doing our showroom over $150,000 in electrical. I was told I needed a specific part to install my commercial lights. Devin Robinson the salesperson told me I needed this as part of my order. I told him my electrician said, it wasn’t needed and it was just a waste. I was assured after multiple conversations with Devin Robinson and his manager the parts were needed. Turns out my lights worked fine and it was not needed. I asked to return the unneeded parts as they were still in their box and not used. I was told I could not return the expensive unneeded parts. This also happened to my electrician. Never use these guys as they are completely dishonest. I was so disgusted I recorded the deceptive conversation. I’m turning them into Gehart!! More documentation and experiences from others coming.

I threw a dart at a map (Google maps) and called this location (corporate sales phone number didn’t answer) in search of a particularly elusive 3-phase 600V plug, due to Platt’s website showing QTY 15 in stock, and spoke with Katrina who provided exceptional and unparalleled service. She also gave me 2-3 alternate part numbers that are still in production from other MFRs. Ended up placing an order with Platt and will continue to due business with them in the future.

Exceptional. Arrived the night before for an 11am delivery. They gave me a door (checked in at 515am) and had me offloaded by 715am.

This stores customer service is terrible, I waited 15 minutes before getting help then had to wait an hour and a half for my order to be ready. Just wasted an hour and a half of my life. This store definitely need some new employees
