Great experience with Rockwall Electric! My upstairs A/C production was degraded and they sent Jeremy to check it out a few hours after I called them. I received a call when he was 15-minutes from arrival. His team returned 2-days later with my new A/C unit; they were on time & professional. Jeremy, a Navy veteran, is extremely congenial and I enjoyed working with him, as well as the military discount I received.

We called at 2:00 on a Friday before a holiday weekend expecting to get put off, but they were here and had our AC up and running more efficiently before 4:30! Super knowledgeable and super courteous and professional! We highly recommend!

It had been a couple years since my AC had been checked out. My 30-yr AC guy has retired, so I followed up on a strong referral to Rockwall Electric. Due to a recent installation of battery backup and smart electrical panel, I had a lot of questions about how my three HVAC circuits work with each other and would respond across different shutdown scenarios, etc. Jeremy was incredibly patient with all my questions, and explained everything throughout the check-up. He found a dead capacitor, accordion filter that needed changing, and dead batteries in the thermostat (all that I verified). AC is now pulling 200-300 watts less than it was before, and I have a thorough understanding of how to manage my AC with limited battery backup in case of an outage. I am very satisfied with Jeremy’s service and ability! I also must comment on the professionalism of Stephanie at the office. Appointment was scheduled for a 2-hr time period (not typical 4-hr), I was notified 20 minutes before Jeremy was due to arrive, and he promptly arrived 20 minutes later. I have not had any other contractors in the last few months who have shown up when they said they would. Stephanie also contacted me later in the day to make sure all of my needs had been met. Will use Rockwall Electric again!

They are very efficient and professional. I’ve used them several times from electrical on replacing all our outdoor lights and indoor can lights as well as our Generac generator.
