Ed the owner was great to work with. He took our emergency call at 9pm and was done in and orderly fashion and kept the charges very minimal. He also educated us on the issues we were having which is far more than I can say to the last 4 people we have had service our unit. He’s earned our service and will be using Pro – Tech moving forward.

What first stood out to me about Ed was his character. After spending time with him, you can just tell he’s a good guy all around. Thats the type of people that i surround myself with. He’s got all the knowledge one can have with 30+ years. If you want an honest & more important decent good hearted a/c tech look no further than Ed. I’m glad i did & signed a 2 year maintenance contract with him. I look forward to our new working relationship.

Ed has been a lifesaver! I use Ed at Pro-Tech Air for both my home and preschool businesses. Needless to say whenever the A/C isn’t working at a daycare center the young children can be very uncomfortable in Florida’s hot weather. Ed is extremely responsive and such a pleasure to deal with! I recommend him to all my friends and fellow business owners!
