They provided a transparent quote upfront, and there were no hidden fees or surprises in the final invoice. Their commitment to fair pricing is definitely commendable. Reliability: Beltran Electric proved to be highly reliable throughout the entire process. From scheduling the appointment to completing the job, they were punctual and efficient. Their electricians were well-prepared and demonstrated expertise in addressing the electrical issues in my home. They seemed knowledgeable and were able to answer my questions confidently. Appointment Process: I appreciated the fact that Beltran Electric operates by appointment. It made the whole experience much more convenient and streamlined. I was able to choose a suitable date and time that worked best for me, and they adhered to the agreed-upon schedule without any delays. Clean Office Environment: Upon visiting their office for some paperwork, I was impressed with the cleanliness and organization. Mr. Beltran was friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth and pleasant interaction. A well-maintained office reflects their commitment to professionalism and attention to detail. Improvement Areas: While Beltran Electric is undoubtedly a commendable electrician business, there are a couple of areas where they could improve. During my interactions with Beltran Electric, I primarily dealt with Mr. Beltran himself, who took charge of managing the entire process. Despite the knowledgeable expertise displayed by Mr. Beltran, the office staff still appeared to lack sufficient knowledge and would greatly benefit from additional training to enhance their customer service skills. Hence why they’re receiving 4 out of 5 ⭐ In conclusion, I highly recommend Beltran Electric for their affordability, reliability, and clean office environment. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident, and their professionalism is worth noting. With some minor improvements, they’re on the road to becoming the leading electrician servicer in the region. 🙌🏽

I have a rental property in Pflugerville and the ceiling fan decided to pull itself halfway out of the ceiling last week. The tenant decided that they wanted an overhead light without a fan installed instead. I’m not willing to touch electrical stuff and Beltran Electric was highly recommended on the Pflugerville message board. I called them on a Monday and they were at the house at 4pm on Tuesday. Omar and Jorge were excellent, the installation was done in 20 minutes and they charged me exactly what they had quoted. Highly recommended.
