My AC unit was low on refrigerant which indicates a leak. I opted to do a refill for now instead of a repair and Cronus offered to do it at a very reasonable price. They were able to schedule a service tech the same day I called. Alex provided quick, excellent service and communicated the process and issues professionally. Thank you Alex for the great job!

I highly recommend Cronus Service. It is no wonder they are 5 stars on their reviews. First I went on line to the Cronus website and scheduled my appointment. It was super easy and I received a text confirmation and emails who the technician (Dennis) would be coming to make repairs. Within the two hour appointment window I received a text informing Dennis was in route to my home. This is the second time I needed them due to having two units. Both times they first show me what is wrong and how it will be fixed and the estimated price. They are in and out leaving you with a repair making it feel brand new. Dennis was very nice and was all business to get our needs met. Please if you have an HVAC need call Cronus. You will be happy you did.

I called them as I was looking for a HVAC company that could come out and fix my AC for my home. The woman who answered the phone was very nice and was able to get me an appointment scheduled for later in the day. She took down my information and confirmed the appointment. I received a text message that an appointment was made and when someone would be enroute to my home. The weather was 95+ and they were able to come out in the super hot weather. Alex arrived at my house and figured out what was wrong and fixed my AC for me. He was super nice and checked and made sure everything was working fine. He did some additional checks and was able to give me a lot of information on my AC unit. I had previously gotten a diagnosis from another company and realized they were trying to sell me on a part that I did not need, and was skeptical on why the part they suggested was needed. So I called this company and was pleased with the service. They were polite, truthful, and informative. If you’re looking for a HVAC company to go with this is the one! I called a lot of different places and got the best service from this company. They are friendly, truthful, and someone who I am going to call again if I ever need a repair again.

Excellent experience. Schedular and tech were very polite and courteous. Tech was knowledgeable , skilled and took care of the GE fridge issue same day. These guys are way better than the GE factory service I used to use. I found my goto for any future appliance issues.
