Have never had a service company as professional, polite & considerate as Als’ Cool Air Design.. AL is Amazing !!! He CARES about his customers!🇺🇸. They don’t make them like Al anymore.. His company has changed my back and front AC units , and you would never know they had been removed .. Drop cloths, shoes covered, etc. and if there’s something he doesn’t service, he will refer you to someone reliable that does.. He truly is a great guy. 🙂🙂

I needed to replace my old AC unit. Al & his company, Cool Air Designs came highly recommended from friends of ours. I called Al for an estimate and he was there the next day, right on time. He was kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. I met with several HVAC companies and no one could compare. His pricing was incredibly reasonable which included a high quality Lennox unit with an Aprilaire whole home air filtration system. He is one of the most genuine and professional contractors we have ever hired. His crew was exceedingly skilled, efficient and did a really clean job. They went above and beyond from start to finish. I can’t tell you how happy and grateful we are that we choose Cool Air Designs.

Al falcone told me one price and then sent a invoice for 2k above the price and then shook hands on 11k cash so I gave Al 6k cash up front and is now demanding 7k when he didn’t complete the job I’m still missing all my vents, thermostat and return vent and now won’t answer my calls after getting disrespectful on the phone guess I will see him in court

Cool Air Designs helped reactivate and repair the system in our home and worked directly with the manufacturer to get the parts and materials required. It was only 2 yrs old and his labor rates were reasonable considering they had to visit our home at least 4 to 5 times to assess the problem and repair the units. Al the owner was so supportive throughout and never gave up. Thank you Al and crew. Gloria and Paul

Putting in the system was great – but follow up service, emergencies and regular checks are non-existent. There is no response other than I’ll call you back – and no follow up. In addition I he responds better to men then women. So I need to have my husband call.
