Working with this company was great. Amazing and efficient customer service and I am very satisfied with the AC unit they put into my apartment. Ronald and Antonio came to install my AC and they were nice, clean, neat, and they made sure to show me how to use the system. Only took a few hours to install and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I would recommend this company to my friends.

The installation team from Cool Power was on time, polite and exceptionally clean. Ronald went over everything with my wife and I before the installation. All the work was completed as discussed, we could not be happier. Duane the salesman was very helpful and got our quote to us quickly. The only question was why didn’t we call them sooner. Steve came to diagnose our unit. We had just moved into our new home and one of the units stopped working. He was friendly and personable and was able to give us all the correct information. Customer service was great too when calling. There was a bit of a miscommunication while setting up our appt but the lady whom I spoke with was able to make it work out for us. Appreciate all! We are waiting for our quote on a new unit.
