We’ve been using A&M Heating and Cooling for 30 years to install and service our hvac systems at two houses. They are always professional and fair. They are very good about getting to your problem as quickly as possible. The AC in my studio was not working properly during a recent heat wave. Temps were in the high 90’s. I called on Friday and Alan was here at 9 am Monday, as he said he would be. He explained the problem in terms that I could understand, and fixed it quickly. I would recommend them to anyone who need attention to their heating and cooling system.

Alan came out the same morning I called and had our system back up and running in about 15 minutes with a part he had on his truck. Excellent customer service.

Our blower motor stopped working and A.M. Heating & Cooling did a fantastic job. Within a few minutes of reaching out, I was getting text messages to set up an appointment. Later that day, Alan was fixing our HVAC! Great communication, great work, and great results!

Alan was able to get in to see us same day, which is almost unheard of these days. Got us up and going in no time as well. We will be considering him when it comes time to replace our unit.

I’ve been using them for close to 8 years now. They’ve always been up front and honest with me and their pricing is more competitive than any other tech I’ve had out. They always answer all my questions and never rush the job. Even if bigger companies can get it done sooner I’ll wait for A.M. instead. Then I’ll know it was done correctly and I’m not being scammed.

Very responsive, and willing to take the time to answer all my questions. Most impressively, even after I decided to use another company (because they could install a new AC sooner), Alan continued to give me advice and offered to let me use his portable AC in the mean time! I’ll be sure to call them first the next time I need anything.

Highly recommend. Great group of people that are honest and trustworthy. They diagnose and fix the problem without trying to sell additional unnecessary parts. They should be your first call when you have HVAC issues.

Very professional company. They where able to very quickly able to detect the problem with my ac. We decided to upgrade and get a new one. They where able to install it within a couple of weeks and installation took only a few hours. Great job. I would stop wasting time with any other ac companies. We have tried them all. Finally the ac is fixed and we were not over charged.
