Our family just had a repair service by Blue Ox Heating and Air. Basically, our air conditioner unit was was not functioning properly, and it was getting hot. I made an appointment with a technician, and he was there by 12:30pm/1:00pm, which was earlier than planned and convenient for us. The technician spent around 30 minutes fixing the issue and another 20 min verifying his work. The tech was very knowledgeable, professional, and polite, and I was blowing cool air within my house after an hour or so. I am glad I chose Blue Ox Heating and Air to help me, and I will hire them again in the event I have heating or air issues in my home.

Requested an appointment to come out and give me estimates on my HVAC system for replacement. Was upfront when making the appointment that I was just looking for an estimate as I am not at this time prepared to replace everything. I met with Andrew and he gave me all of the information that I needed. When the time comes to replace my systems, I would definitely contact blue ox and Andrew.
