On a very hot summer day—99F—we noticed our home was getting too warm. The thermostat indicated 81F. We set up two oscillating fans in our family room, changed our thermostat to Fan-only to prevent damage to the compressor, etc., and then called several HVAC businesses. “Ken” at Bower HVAC walked us through some quick diagnostic questions, and was fairly sure the problem was an electrical component. Thirty minutes later “Jerrod” arrived and confirmed Ken’s suspicions, and replaced a dead capacitor. Bower is simply AWESOME!

Recently purchased a replacement heat pump system. Salesperson (Chris Moore) was knowledgeable and explained alternatives. Installation team (Brian & Ryan) arrived on time and conducted themselves professionally and efficiently during the process. Communication was excellent throughout the installation and work was completed in one day. Would urge anyone interested in a system replacement to contact Bower.

I see a lot of people asking about HVAC companies. I just wanted to offer a shout out to Bower heating and air. Today on the hottest day of the year so far our air went out. I called their emergency line left a message and within 45 minutes had a Technician on the phone. Fifteen minutes later he was here and 20 minutes later my air was fixed. Their loyalty program that I’m a member of saved me about $200 in costs for today’s service call. What could have been a nightmare day was a mere speed bump. I’m all about supporting local businesses and wanted to give a shout out to one that was particularly helpful to me today. Christian in particular. Stay cool, friends!

Our A/C quit cooling our house today Sat. 6/22 & we were lucky to get Christian to come to see what was wrong and see if the A/C could be fixed! He found the problem quickly and replaced the parts that were needed and even cleaned the coils and dust inside the unit! He was very nice, very informative and very professional! I would highly recommend Bowers Heating & A/C and Christian, the Service Technician for any problems you may have Thank You Christian for getting our Air Conditioner back working for us! My warranty had expired (1 month over) and they still covered me at no cost. AND what happened was my fault. I closed vents in house because of construction being done and forgot to open them afterwards. Lack of air flow caused unit to freeze up. This is the kind of customer service you don’t hear about anymore. Jerrod was awesome!
