I would recommend this company to anyone in need of electrical repair . They were great from the initial phone call to the completion of the job. Special shout out for Darryl the service technician , he was prompt , professional, kind ,and caring and did a wonderful job in a timely fashion. My service was repaired from AEP line down to the meter and a new disconnect box was installed in a few hours. Just can’t say enough !

The team at Shively took care of us from beginning to end when we asked for help installing an external power supply for our EV vehicle charger. After an initial meeting to review our problem, Roger sent back a quote and then came back with the crew a few days later. They were able to knock it out in one trip and we’re more than patient and willing to listen when I had questions.

Spike and Tonya are amazing to work with. Tonya gave me her personal cell phone number for any issues. Spike is very knowledgeable and honest . Try to price match them as well, you will not get a better price or service !

These people are absolutely horrendous! The most unprofessional bunch I’ve ever had the displeasure of seeing run a business.They say the operate by the letter of the law and have the highest regard for integrity. Although they can’t even stand by their own handbook. I would seriously reconsider before using them for any work you may need. The men here will also make you feel extremely uncomfortable as a women.

Paid for someone to come look at the electricity in my house since moving in I said my power doesn’t seem right. They sent someone out that literally just looked at my breaker box and told me “it looks right “ and tell me my one wire outside was bad which I already knew and didn’t check anything inside the actually house. Paid for an hour when the guy was here maybe 20mins and a service fee and now the power upstairs keeps going on and off when you try to plug/unplug my TV and it blew the panel. Once again I have no idea what’s wrong my electricity and they want to charge me again to have someone come look at it. Don’t waste your money!

Hired for a job which was never completed. Technician said he would return the following day and never showed up or called. Several weeks and multiple phone calls later, I was finally able to speak with someone who was not helpful in the least. I am guessing that when my home job turned out to be less involved (and thus less expensive) they lost interest? Not sure, but overall I am left with a picture of a very unprofessional and immature staff. Would not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.
