If you want an honest company that is quick and does it right, you should choose NexGen for your plumbing and HVAC needs. I had a main line water leak and they out evaluating it within an hour of my call. Kevin explained my options and let me make the choice with no pressure at all. Once the choice was made I had a crew at my house working away an hour later. Great company that I recommend to everyone.

Very shady practices. We thought we had a leak somewhere. I called for a leak detection and they said they would come out the next morning. A plumber shows up that says he doesn’t do leak detection but that’s what we would need and that someone could come out later that day. No one showed up so I called and they said someone would come out in the morning. Again, no one showed up. I called again and they said someone would come out right away. They did come over pretty quickly and did a “leak detection”. The guy said it was a slab leak that was too small to detect but was definitely there. Quoted us $28k to repipe the entire house. We had multiple other plumbers come out that said there was no leak and the water district also said there was no leak. Next gen also sent out an AC guy that told us our AC wouldn’t last another month even though it was just installed last year. All in all came out to a quote of $50k but they said they “would work with us on prices”. They are more like sales people preying on those that are concerned about home issues and make themselves to be a hero of a stressful situation. Charged me $200 for a leak detection when there was no leak. No other plumber charged us because there was no work to be done. Would not recommend at all.

Very easy to set up appointment with NexGen to come out and to take a look at our AC that was not working. With summer coming up, we wanted to make sure it was up and running. Alexandro was was assigned to come out and take a look. He was very good not just at finding the problem but also walking me through on what he was looking for and what led him to check and the process of elimination to find the source of the problem. I was taken by this to demonstrate they’re not just taking short cuts and wanting to replace unnecessary equipment that can bring up repair costs. Alexandro made me feel comfortable with his findings and recommendations. I would recommend NexGen as they truly deliver customer service and actually diagnose and trouble shoot to find the exact repair needed.
