John promptly came to assess the AC problem early on a Saturday. He sorted through the mess left by a prior tech/estimator and expertly and honestly diagnosed the problem, which was a low cost part replacement. This contrasted strongly with the prior estimator who claimed we needed a whole new system.

We had an issue with our furnace that required service. John responded to my call and set up a time to come and inspect it within one day. He explained the issue and how to repair it, and the work was then completed the very next day. He is knowledgeable, reliable and honest and we will be using him again should we ever find ourselves in need of help. Highly recommended.

I was searching on a Sunday afternoon for someone to fix my elderly parent’s gas heater which has been in place since I can remember going back to the 70’s. John responded to my text message instantly. He was able to make some time the following day, he arrived promptly on Monday morning and trouble shot it. He was able to get it working within the hour, all it needed was some long over due maintenance and some TLC. I was hoping we didn’t need an upgrade, which someone dishonest could have easily taken advantage of the situation. John is a true professional and honest, I’ll surely use him again in the future!

During a recent extreme cold spell, my furnace stopped working. It was a holiday weekend and difficult to get a response to requests for help. Thankfully, John Islas responded immediately. He thoroughly explained the problem and the solution. He did have to order a part, but it came when he said it would. And, he returned that day to made the repair. The furnance is now functioning fine, and the cost was much less that I had anticipated.

Precise Climate Solutions provided prompt service when our furnace stopped working one very cold evening. John came out the next morning and quickly diagnosed the problem. He clearly explained the likely cause and the fix included climbing on the roof to adjust the flue cap. Quite a lot of effort but the fee was still lower than I had expected. He gave me solid and unbiased advice regarding heat pumps – their pros and cons – and I won’t hesitate to hire John when the time comes to replace my HVAC system.
