We called Alan on the Friday before 4th of July. He was at our house on Saturday and had the problem fixed in 2 hours. Reasonable rates too. We also signed up for their annual maintenance program.

The service tech went above and beyond what was expected. I was out of town during the service day and had to communicate remotely every thing was completed in a timely manner he then went on to check if any of the parts needed were still on warranty some were . 5 stars aren’t enough.

Best service ever! The tech came to our facility the next day! He was not able to spend too much time as it is 120 degrees and I am sure he was extremely busy with other customers, but at least he got us up and running. Thank you!

It’s 117 degrees out and my ac stopped working on a Saturday around 5 pm Thank you Redding Heating and air 1st for coming out 2,ND for finding out what was wrong and 3 rd for fixing it it was over 90 degrees in the house now it’s a cool 76 thanks to your great worker backed by a great company . You saved us from suffering in this terrible heat glad to know a company like yours exists

Our AC went out last weekend of course hottest of the year so far. Called Redding Heating and Air Monday morning. They scheduled us for Wednesday when Alan arrived on time as promised. Had the problem solved in about 30 minutes up and running. He explained the problem and other possible issues related to it. Signed up for a maintenance contract that seems like a good deal to me. Alan was great very friendly and courteous as were the people at the office on the phone. Definitely recommend. Want to add that we had Redding Heating and Air clean our ducts which we had never had done before. Gabrial spent most of the day at our house first repairing some of the ductwork then doing the cleaning. He did a great job. Gabrial also very friendly and courteous and even though he was here all day we were not disrupted at all. Update: Returned to finish the ductwork repairs. It already feels cooler in the house. Redding Heating and Air does a great job.
