We are recent transplants to Red Wing, and knew that our AC might not be functional. John was so helpful in determining that, as well as getting us set up for both tax and energy rebates to keep costs reasonable. Our new heat pump and AC unit work perfectly. John and Spencer worked with our schedule to get everything installed before visitors came. Friendly and professional. Cleaned up after themselves. Careful around our pets. Wonderful experience, and we would recommend them if you need HVAC service.

We enjoyed a very positive experience with Ziemer Heating & Cooling recently. Our 30 yr old a/c unit died right before the humid summer weather approached. John was very helpful with a quick installation date due to a health matter. John and Spencer were wonderful to work with, very professional and friendly. We had a very good experience.

We got a new heat pump and furnace from Ziemer Heating & Cooling. John was extremely helpful throughout the process. He came over to our house multiple times before the installation to go over details, answer questions we had, etc. A few other workers did the installation and they were also very professional and helpful. Highly recommend!

He tried to sell me a blower motor that was only 5 years old for $250 more than I could buy it for. Said it sounds noisy on start up. I diagnosed the problem myself. I removed the control board and there was a black burn spot on the mounting plate so I was 95% certain that was the problem. Just to be sure I used the service {Just Ask}. The expert on there helped me trouble shoot. He walked me through how to hook up my multi meter correctly and lo a behold it was the control board. I bought it online for $215 and it works perfectly. My furnace is 30 years old and it’s working perfectly. As long as parts are available furnaces are repairable. Don’t get ripped of by this guy.
