This company will bill you $85 for a $5 fuse. They are dishonest and have zero customer service ethics. They won’t let you talk on the phone cos they are only bent on putting their view across which aligns with money and taking advantage of you. As a business owner I have never given a negative review on any business because I understand the difficulty it entails to run a business. Take my advice on this Company and STAY AWAY, STEAR FAR AWAY. If you don’t, believe me , you will be very sorry. I just read your response to my review and feel sad that you should try and justify your con with a response. How long did it take for the fuse to get to you after you ordered it ? You have the nerve to talk about up and running. I have attached a picture of the cost of the fuse from Amazon, and it is $4.50 presently. Stop exploiting customers, and I do not need an apology because you still won’t admit your wrong.

We had a problem with our ice machine and it was misdiagnosed. They charged us for 3 hours of work that wasn’t necessary. They also charged us travel time to get get the valve.

I made the mistake of calling them after seeing the google reviews and BBB ratings. It was a costly mistake. From my experience, this is the warning to those who are planning to use this company’s services. Make sure you get everything in writing. Including what they are going to do, when they would complete it and most importantly, get in writing that you are liable to pay ONLY IF they complete the job as they promised. We made the mistake of taking the sales person and tech’s words at its face value. After two days of work and the freezer still not working, Able wanted to keep going with already missed deadlines – TWICE. And then they would slap you with a huge bill and if you raise those concerns, their standard procedure is to railroad you into paying up using their muscle. I am not sure if how they are able to manage this rating with this kind of service. May be we got a lemon of a tech AND a sales guy. Nevertheless, be very careful with this company if you are planning to use them for your needs. Update: The response you get for your complaints is a canned one. Just look at the responses they file under negative comments. We tried explaining the situation multiple times but their response was refusal to acknowledge their mistake and hit us with legal notice. Strongly recommend staying away from this company. Extremely poor quality of work and extortion-like behavior towards payment

I called ABLE Mechanical for a Air Conditioning problem and they showed up on prompt and ready to work. The crew had my office building up and running within no time. The techs that showed up were respectful courteous and went beyond the call of duty. ABLE has fantastic and speedy service. My service call was truly exceptional and I would most definetly recommend them to anyone. Thank you

Able has been doing business with my family restaurants for years. The service was pretty quick and I found them to be very fair when it came to price. We will continue to use these guys and enjoyed doing business with them.
