My AC broke down at the worst possible time. July 4th on a 100+ day! I frantically called around to find anyone that could help us get the system back up and running. Came across this company and I was very impressed. Roy actually answered early AM on the 4th of July and was very helpful over phone and text. It was really nice to get someone who actually knew what they were talking about and not just a customer service rep that doesn’t know the difference between a fan and a compressor. Even though he couldn’t get someone out that day he took his time (at no charge) to help me confirm that I had a bad fuse which I was able to get locally at the store and attempt to recover my service. In the end it ended up being more than that- I also had a bad capacitor too, but I really appreciated his effort and follow up the next day to see if he could send a tech. With a lot of company’s it’s almost like you are dealing with a used car salesman with their up sales and contracts and deceptive prices and tactics. I don’t feel that this is the case with this one. They seem honest and straightforward. Fair work for fair price. Not looking or a “quick buck” but “long term customers and steady work” from what I can tell. I look forward to contacting them for my future HVAC needs.

Bradshaw Heating and Air is working with us on a new subdivision. He took time in the bidding process, unlike others, to research all available products and was able to come in at a very competitive rate. He is always on time and is clean and professional. I recommend him highly.

WEST ROSEVILLE , CA – After my first time contacting Bradshaw Heating & Air Conditioning from a referral due to A/C unit problems and not cooling the house which they resolved the issue, my a/c unit compressor finally gave up after Roy and team fixing a leak and fan motor also needed replacement so it was a suffering without cold air while the temp outside was hovering between 95-101F. Roy recommended to replace only the a/c unit and emphasized and assured me the evaporator is solid. After getting a number of quotes from other contractors, Roy came up with a very reasonable estimate for a new A/C unit American Standard with a preferred customer discount! Roy and Dallas came, got the job done, new a/c unit looked good, quite, and blowing cold air again, which made my family happy and they did it courteously, professionally and on time! Thank you Roy and Dallas and your team! I will surely recommend your company in the West Roseville area!

Roy and his team are honest, prompt and extremely thorough! Ian was professional and knowledgeable and I felt comfortable from start to finish. Ian explained everything he did and what the problem was! They replaced a part and got my furnace working without suggesting things I didn’t need. I highly recommend Bradshaw Heating & Air!!
