I contacted this company for ab electrical inspection. They stated that they could do the inspection the same day between 8am-2pm. They later told me it would be from 5-8pm. After not arriving at 8pm, I called them to inquire about if they were still going to come out that day. I was told by a rep that they would contact the electrician to see where they were at and would call me back. They never called back. The next day I called and spoke to David who assured me they would come out the next day. They never came. I was once again told they would check where the electrician was and would call back, which didn’t happen. After repeated calls with no answer, I finally bit the bullet and had to file a claim to get their $168 charge reversed. I called them again yesterday just to see if they would answer and of course, they didn’t. I would avoid this company if you don’t want to be taken for $168.

I called to get a quote to have one bathroom light replaced. I already had the new light. I was quoted $179. I said great is that the total? “Yes”. Ok well I just got charged an additional $140 for parts and labor. I already had the light. And I was told it was 179 TOTAL. This was no where in my budget for my Xmas present to myself. I called and spoke to a nice lady she has sent it up the chain. Not once did the sale person say it would be another $140. That $140 might not seem like a lot to them but it is to me. We will see if I get a call back. I truly hope so. I would have gone with another service if I knew it was going to be $325 total! Did the guys do a good job yes. But it’s still not what I was told I would be paying. Update* after some digging I found several reviews of the BBB site for the same complaint. Not explaining other charges. Only give half the quote. They seem to be linked to the Greenfield location but call out PP. I wish I had seen these before. We will see if they get back to me. Otherwise I am filling a complaint with the BBB.

They have knowledgeable and friendly staff who are always willing to help. They offer a variety of services, from repairs and maintenance to upgrades and installations. They also offer 24/7 emergency services, which is a major plus. I recently had them come out to install a new ceiling fan, and the work was done quickly and efficiently. They explained the process clearly and ensured that everything was done properly. I would highly recommend them for any of your electrical needs!

When we had a sudden power outage in one section of our home, we called Mike based on the other great reviews we saw online. He was responsive and within an hour he was at our house helping us with the problem! That’s like light speed for Brooklyn! Professional, super nice, and he found our problem within ten minutes and got power restored right away! I can’t recommend Empire Electrical Service highly enough!! Simply the best!

Empire Electrical Service did a phenomenal job installing 2 new LED ceiling lights at our office. They were very professional and courteous of the space. They also cleaned up their area before leaving. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing an electrician around the this area.

After being led on by another electrician to come out and help with a bathroom remodel, James squeezed us in and their guys were polite and worked quickly! Will be calling Empire Electrical Service again for our next project! 5 stars all the way.

Empire Electrical Service team installed spotlights in every room of my house before I moved in. They installed approx 100 lights and did a very professional job. They used drop sheets to protect the floor and cleaned up after they finished. From start to finish in one day. Very professional and friendly team. I would definitely recommend them for any project!

I called Empire Electrical Service to install a 220V disconnect at my house. Tech came out and walked me through what I would need and gave me a fair quote for the work. A few days later tech came back out with his guys and made sure the job was done correctly. His crew was very professional and did a great job. Couldn’t ask for better service. I’ll call Empire Electrical Service for all my future electrical projects/needs.

The electrician who came over helped us wire an outdoor wifi extender from inside our house to our deck. His quote was competitive and he was kind and professional. He even cleaned up some of the work of prior electricians who hadn’t properly tied down the wiring. It was a pleasure working with him and plan to work with him again in the future. Highly recommended.

I was going to pay them $125 for a ‘service call’ to check the fuses since our central air went out and the one we put in the window blew a fuse which we couldn’t locate. When they didn’t show during the scheduled time I called and was told they wanted to reschedule for the next day…leaving my special needs granddaughter and I facing 90 degree temperatures with no relief! I cancelled and will not call them ever again.
