I received plumbing services from Circle R. Rob was super professional and helpful. he answered all of our questions, offering great information. he went beyond his services and cleaned the access water and emptied the buckets. His recommendations to prevent further issues with our system were spot on! Thank you Rob! thank you Circle R.!

We needed our main line rodded. Job well done by Rob very professional and personal. But poor communication through the office.was quoted a price over the phone for $215 and no more than $230 but after the job was done the bill came to $350. The lady in the office did not mention that they charged $115 per hour, $45 to come out, $2.50 for gloves and $47.50 for materials. Plus It wasn’t mentioned if you pay with a card it’s an extra 3%. I was just quoted no more than $230. Rob call into the office and they deducted $75 off my bill. I just feel all this could’ve been avoided if they would’ve broken down the prices to me over the phone. No surprises equals a happy customer.

Called to ask a few questions and the lady who answered was very rude and unprofessional. She called me fat names, said “you probably look like bass pro”.

Mike and Pat were phenomenal. I needed a new tankless water heater and Mike came to provide a thorough quote and even let me know about the water line that was next to a wall that was in insulated- which put us at risk for frozen pipes. Pat came to install the new heater and was very thorough, professional and answered all questions. It was a difficult job due to the size of our utility closet and they went above and beyond! Highly recommend this business to anyone for any services they offer. Will definitely use again for any jobs needed.

I’ve used Circle R a few times for my residential plumbing. They’re knowledgeable, courteous, punctual, and do great work! The staff/dispatchers are also a pleasure to speak with. Thankful to have found them and won’t use anyone else for my plumbing needs in the future.

I own a 4-unit apt building in Portage. The day after Christmas, I had a water line freeze and burst. I had to shut my whole building water off. Circle R came out the SAME DAY in -10 degree weather to replace the broken line. I called them at 11am and by 4pm it was FIXED. It didn’t cost the earth, either. They were out and done so fast, they were still on straight time. I had a very positive experience with them, on an otherwise miserable day for me. I don’t hesitate to recommend Circle R. They will be my first call for future plumbing needs.
