Our central AC decided to start blowing hot air today and it got up to 85 degrees in the house. I called Galaxy and the technician Eddie arrived less than an hour later! Within 20 minutes he identified and fixed the issue (the capacitor) and was on his way to help the next poor, sweaty soul. Eddie was friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful. Galaxy is awesome. Five stars.

We recently had an HVAC company install a heat pump split system in our house, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire process. We have three zones in our home: the bedroom, office, and living room. Michael came by for a consultation and was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. After our consultation, they were able to schedule the installation within a couple of weeks. The crew, consisting of Mike, Arseniy, Timu, and Ron, were all professional and friendly. They completed the installation in just a couple of days. The new system is fantastic! We can now control the climate in each room individually using our phones or the provided remotes, which is incredibly convenient. Plus, there were no surprise costs – the invoice matched the estimate exactly. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with this company and highly recommend their services!
