This guy is an independent contractor who is not a certified electrician. He worked on the switches without turning off the power. Dumb. Popped the circuit breaker a couple of times when he got wires too close to each other. Installed one switch inside down. Never did fix the problem. Gave up, charged me $199 and left. NOT PROFESSIONALS.

I give the electrician a 5 star! He arrived on time and showed me the work that needed to be done. I appreciated that he took the time to explain anything I did not understand, layed out all the job would require and his cost was very reasonable. I love my new led lights–makes the house look beautiful. I will recommend Duncan Electrical Service!

Needed an electrician on short notice for a new tenant as my regular one have fallen sick and retired. I was worried about making a change . But, lo and behold, I hit the jackpot. Not only did Duncan Electrical Service accommodate me on short notice , they were prompt, knowledgeable and very professional.

James and his team were both very friendly and very knowledgeable. They listened to our requests and were able to make sure all expectations were clear before starting. We were given total amount before work began, so there were no surprises. They were careful with my home and cleaned up behind themselves before they left.
