This may be a vey excellent company! But the technician lied in an email sent to my home warranty company claim! Technicians name is Leo! I called and specifically asked him today, January 4, 2024. Why did you lie in an email saying our appointment was no longer needed? Instead of saying or letting us reschedule it? he says really sarcastically because you guys weren’t there! It was like 1145 in the morning and we were in the emergency room and had an emergency! No compassion no nothing! When he showed up 1/3/2024. My husband looked at his phone and there was a text message at 4 AM as a reminder that they were showing up who does that? I don’t care how many hooray people have put out there for leo!This is just plain rude and irresponsible as an employee for this company to do to its future customers. I will never recommend this company to anyone and I said the same thing to my home warranty company.

After making a purchase at Home Depot, I had asked them if they could recommend an electrician. One of the referrals was Copper Point Electric. I explained the problem that I was having with a light fixture and they came out to troubleshoot the problem. It wasn’t as what other electricians and Home Depot thought it would be but Copper Point stepped up to the plate and solved the problem. You can be sure that I put Copper Point Electric’s phone number in my address book! I’d recommend them in a heartbeat. Well done, gentlemen!

Super professional and capable! Excellent communication from start to finish. Friendly and on time. Even looked at a second small issue and fixed it for free. Cleaned up all boxes and material at the end. Very highly recommend!! Will definitely hire for any future electrical needs.

My initial contact with Tierra was what ultimately sold me on Copper Point. She was very professional in quoting me a price and explaining what steps they would follow. Leo was very personable and professional and did a terrific job. I will definitely use him for any future projects.

I can’t say enough about Leo and Copper Point Electric. I have used Leo for two jobs this year. One for a business that I manage and one for a business where I am a partner. Both jobs went seamlessly and were completed on time. The professionalism and skill from Leo and his assistant Isaiah were top notch. Leo and his son immediately responded to my project request. I compare his quote with two other quotes. He offered a fair price and began the project immediately finishing it in two days. They did and excellent job and I was very pleased with the workmanship.
