I hate having to reach out to service providers and find new people to work at my house! But this is the second time John has helped me out. He is VERU knowledgeable, friendly and professional! He wants to repair the issue, collect a fair wage and move on. He’s always busy and booked with residential and commercial, but does his best to help everyone. John is the best! Brett

We’ve had John over a few times over the years. He always does a wonderful job but not just that he is very honest and trustworthy. He walks you through different options and explains what is going on. I can’t recommend him enough. He’s the only one I would call if I need something taken care of.

I’m in Petaluma and needed a pro to service my 36 year-old furnace, and I’m very happy I called John of Core Heating & Air Con. John was able to come out the SAME DAY. My furnace had a few problems and John explained each problem. He replaced the blower motor and cleaned out – he said, ‘detailed’ – some very dirt-encrusted elements of the furnace, and now my furnace works better than it has EVER worked in the 26 years I’ve owned my home. John is extremely professional, reasonable and never tried to upsell me to a new furnace. Highly recommend John of Core Heating & Air Conditioning if you live in Petaluma or Sonoma County.

What a Blessing to have found John. He is knowledgeable, responsive, pays attention to detail and is cognizant of leaving your home tidy after his work. John corrected a potentially dangerous situation, a product of a faulty installation by the builder. His pricing is fair and reasonable.

Where to start – John set a new record for my work with contractors! Responsiveness – showed up within an hour of my phone call explaining our central heating was not working. Communication – carefully explained everything he was going to do/test and the result. Diagnosis – after over 23 years of service, our heater was failing to a point beyond repair. Result – John specified and ordered a new heater, removed the old heater (the same day) and two days later delivered, installed and tested the new heater – we couldn’t be more satisfied!

We have an old wall heater that was in desperate need of repair. We called John, got his voicemail so we left a message. We were called back within minutes. Luckily John was able to come out within 20 minutes of us calling him. He was great in explaining everything that he was doing and why he was doing it. He is very conscientious about his work and is very detail oriented. He even took time to clean the heater. He made sure to ask us about having a fire detector and carbon monoxide alarm since the heater was old. We appreciated that extra care of concern. He is very knowledgeable and extremely kind. We called him due to all his great reviews and everything everyone says is true!! We could not be more happy with the service and friendly conversation we had with John. Diane & Frank
