Scotty was very good at his job and he was all the while as nice as he could be! I can imagine that Right Now Heating gets a lot of permanent loyal customers because of this guy. He is thorough and meticulous in his inspections and procedures and scientific in his recommendations. Scotty was able to explain the possible failures of my system and how to prevent them. He explained it on my level clearly so I could understand it and make confident informed decisions. Probably the best way to sum it up is this: Scotty is authentic. I invited him to put his company’s sticker on my furnace. That says it all.

Prompt service lived up to the Right Now name. Both our first order for service and its repair and our request for system replacement were each done within l day of each request. Our system was over 25 years old and their price quote was reasonable; much less than we expected. The technicians were really pleasant and worked quickly. Do not hesitate to use them!

We were having problems with our AC unit freezing up. I called at 7:30 in the morning and Dillon was at our house at 10:30 and got us all taken care of. He was was professional and did a great job. We will definitely be using them again when needed.
