We were assigned this company through our home warranty. Our AC broke in the middle of a 109 degree heat wave. They weren’t able to schedule appt for 6 days which we were understanding about despite the heat and having 2 young children at home. When they arrived they stated the unit was frosted and should have been unplugged (which we weren’t told to do) and said it would take 2 days to defrost. At the time I remained optimistic about there work due to the reviews I’ve seen but we later found out by two other companies in the area that it takes less than two hours to defrost. Nowhere close to two days. When a different tech came back two days later he noticed the first tech forgot to unplug the unit despite saying he did so it was still frosted. That was day 9 of no AC for us. He told us he would be back in the afternoon. Then when we called the office they stated he couldn’t come back for 4 days. At this point we took matters into our own hands and called a reputable company on our own dime who came out within 2 hours, diagnosed the problem and resolved it within 48 hours. We found out through the warranty company that they get to keep the $125 service fee if they physically show up to the house even if they don’t fix anything. I would not recommend this company to anybody, friend or enemy. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one was because the front desk girl/scheduler was very apologetic and kind.

I would give them six stars if I could. Blas and his team are knowledgeable, dedicated, hard working guys. We had a capacitor go out after multiple days of 100 degree temps and our thermostat was reading 86. Total Quality Air showed up same day and had our AC fixed in 10 minutes. Very reasonably priced as well, don’t hesitate to call.

The service man was very professional I feel he asked all the questions he would need to properly diagnose what my problem was with my air conditioning unit. He troubleshooted, tested my concerns and was able to find an issue we have been dealing with for over a year! This is the 3rd company to come out to my house under warranty! (The service cost adds up $) Carlos was in and out within 45 minutes! Again, very professional and detailed in his steps on what he was doing and why. I greatly appreciate the service today Total Quality Air! You have a very satisfied customer!🙏🏽👏🏼💯💫

Had Carlos from Total Quality come out for a maintenance and inspection of our HVAC and he did an amazing job. He even went as far as doing some extra maintenance items on our system that wasn’t part of our service because he knew it would benefit the system. Very knowledgeable in what he is doing all while providing value. I will definitely be hiring Total Quality again!
