I had Panchos come out to check my heater. After two visits they couldn’t figure out the problem. They tried to sell me a whole unit for 15k. I called a for a second recommendation and I am glad I did. It was circuit board that installed cost less than $500. Works perfectly. If you use them and get a second opinion.

Panchos is the best! Great prices and they are so friendly. They show up on time, very informative and answered all the questions I had. I highly recommend them if you have any issues with heating.

We had Panchos put a new furnace in our home in 2018,and they were very professional and courteous, I would highly recommend them. 11/29/2023 Our furnace was blowing a bad smell so I called Panchos at 7am this morning, 28 degrees outside and slick roads. Eric was here at 10am, found the problem and by chance had grabbed the right part before he left Panchos to come fix our furnace. They are awesome people and we live 64 miles from them and with the cold slick roads Eric came and was able to put the new part in and now we are warm and cozy. Thank you Panchos for taking the time to help us.

Panchos has always been a pleasure to use. If the office staff doesn’t know something, they will find out and give you a call back unlike other places in the Tri-Cities. Technicians have always been on time and professional. Most the time Panchos have been able to schedule same-day service. Pricing is fair, and they are not afraid to tackle on any job.

Amazing customer service scheduling was so easy very informative and detailed in every part of service made sure I understood each step and walked me threw all my options fixed every thing plus more runs so much quieter and efficient now the installation was so clean and quick I highly recommend them!! every step of service was exceptional and above anything I could have imagined made my headache and horrible situation something I could managed and they made it easy for me call them for any of your needs

We are so impressed by the service we received that we are immediately switching to Pancho’s from another company we’ve used for at least 13 years. Our furnace is in the crawlspace & we’ve been getting worrisome reports from the technicians servicing it. Needing a second opinion, we received a recommendation for Pancho’s. Michael put our minds at ease by assuring us that our system is functioning properly and there’s no need to consider replacing it at this time. He took the time to answer my questions and explain what he was doing. The customer service is superb.
