After two trees came down and ripped my line off my house, Right Touch Electrical provided a professional and quick response! Only two days after my initial phone call, they sent a crew out in the wake of Hurricane Beryl. They answered all my questions and offered several options, not a one size fits all solution. The owner, Master Electrician Will Burns, came out to the job site, addressed my concerns and helped explain the various issues to restore the power. The pricing was very fair, great warranty, the installation was very well done, and the crew spent the day making sure it was done right. I desperately needed power restored after 8 days with no electricity. They also honor the military with discounts for those who serve or have served. Everyone I dealt with was very kind and helpful. Excellent customer service. Thanks to Kendrick for setting up the service. Alex and Jeremiah did a fantastic job! I was referred by Tom Tynan, HomeShow Radio, with high praise for the owner and company and they really came through for me. Thank you Right Touch Electrical!

After the Generac not working fiasco. Different Company, separate review. It was so refreshing to get a company that actually believes in timely customer service. My wife contacted Right Touch Electric, due to breaker issues and they came out when promised, and kept us informed of the tech’s response. Well let me tell you, we now have a lifetime electric company that we will be using. Right Touch Electric. Josh is fantastic, knowledgeable, professional and personable. Josh was, as they say a breath of fresh air and is the reason we will stay with this company for all our electrical needs. This is a great company and I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Did an outstanding job. Was informed that he was running late which honestly as I called yesterday and while not an “emergency” they understood that the circuit was affecting one of our ACs. He was through in diagnosing the problem and explaining the process to fix. Pricing was more than fair and acceptable and scheduled to be completed the next day. Definitely would recommend so far and will follow up after work tomorrow
