Widowed neighbor called them . Charged $350.00 for work that did not fix anything plus they ran into a wall causing$500.00 in damage then gave the company a fake insurance card . Not current on liability for the business or for trucks. Run away from this crook. her

Cathedral City air conditioning and heating Inc is the top A/C Company that I have ever worked with and I’m a Real Estate agent. They are so competent incredibly knowledgeable on time and I can’t say enough good things about the staff and this company. They are just by far a 10 star plus company …they diagnosed & fixed my air-conditioner in less than 10 minutes and I am utterly impressed with the staff and the guy that came out to troubleshoot my a.c. Truly Beyond amazing and just super kind, savvy, unlike any other I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Very good prices… WOW, I am so impressed! The tech was perfect! C. Levine

. I highly recommend Cathedral City Air Conditioning and their team they were prompt and efficient getting our A/C repaired and up and running again ! Especially in our very hot weather! 3-2- 2022 I called and got MAX! Highly professional with over 30 years of experience! Max was quick. Max explained what was wrong! Showed me the parts was very open about the repair. I would highly recommend him for “your” next repair. Get the MAX with MAX! 7-28-2023 Was 117* yesterday and my capacitors blew on my Air Conditioning system. Apparently capacitors do not do well at this heat level? MAX was called again, and did the repair in only 30 minutes! Way to go MAX! Thank You!

I called them late in the day, and they said they could be at my house first thing in the morning . I said that would be great. They showed up right on time and had my master cool evaporative cooler repaired and working pretty quickly. I also had them service my air conditioner. They were prompt and professional. I would definitely call them again.

These guys were selected by my warranty company. They showed up within 24 hours of me submitting the claim. I was leaving for vacation in 2 hours, they made a point to show before I left. I thought they were gonna come check stuff out and submit required repair to my warranty company. They fixed the problem on site with ease and speed. I was very impressed and extremely satisfied with their work. Never used them before, but will definitely request them from here on out!

Cathedral City AC to the rescue!! After another vendor supposedly made repairs, my AC was still not functioning properly. Thankfully Cathedral City AC diagnosed and PROPERLY repaired the system. The techs arrived promptly (same day), were professional, knowledgeable and performed before and after testing to insure the repairs resolved the problems. The desert temperatures have been extreme and Cathedral City AC understands the importance of a speedy response. We are very thankful to this company for restoring the cool air!

This company was highly recommended, so I gave them a call. I requested a new thermostat, they installed a faulty re-used thermostat. They also installed used filters and shoved them in place since they were not the size that was needed. Unfortunately, I did not stay to see them finishing up the work, but very disappointed with the end results, they charged my credit card, and did not provided an invoice.
