The men that worked on my central air unit went over and above what most companies do. They had to redesign my whole system. It was put in cheaply and designed badly. The people that manage my condo do not do proper maintenance, nor do they respond in a timely manner. I have been trying to get my central air fixed since I moved in. I paid a half months rent in mid February to rent the condo. It was filthy and I was told by the property manager it would be cleaned up within 2 days so I could move in. But they did nothing. I spent more money to get it clean enough to move in. I couldn’t even use my dryer cause the vent was stopped up with years of lent, birds nest, etc. The men from key found out that they just cut it up and all the lent was just blowing in the attic. The men at Key graciously fixed it too and that wasn’t their job. But they are professional, prompt and kind. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS WORK DONE. THEY GO WAY PAST WHAT IS EXPECTED OF THEM. THEY ARE AWESOME!!!

I was able to get the information I needed and contact request devices thru they website and was contacted within no time by Jason key and set up a time for him to evaluate our issue and had a quote within a hour after . Very knowledgeable and we’ll with the money . I totally recommend key electric for any AC/furnace install it service call . Jason and his crew are top of their field .
