Just wanted to tell you what a great job Isaiah did rewiring my railroad signal what a courteous employee he is, an absolute pleasure to have had him here! Signal is working great again and looked very cool with the dense fog we had a few days ago!

Great quality work – on time – and very reasonable pricing. We have been using Witzke Electric for years and years and we recently had the need for their services again. We worked with a fantastic employee named Isiah. Isiah arrived on time, introduced himself, went over the work to be done and then got right to working. He installed five different fixtures for us and when he was done, I had a few adjustments which he made right away. Then, after checking with me to be sure I was happy, he vacuumed up and off he went. He does his company proud !! If you haven’t ever tried working with Witzke – give them a try. You will be happy you did.

Trent came over to remove and replace 3 ceiling fans. One was in a precarious location over a staircase as well. He had to fabricate some things but did an outstanding job on all of it. Very nice young man who obviously takes pride in his work and represents his company well. Highly recommended.

I worked with this company on 8/25. I called and setup the appointment to install 3 outlets (1 in each bathroom. 2 on second floor and 1 on main floor).the other thing needed was to rough in 2 bare frames in my basement. I got a call from the electrician day of asking if he can come early and get started which I agreed. He arrived at 8:11AM and left at 2:44PM so roughly 6.5 hours. I was billed 7 hours and told its industry standard to round up (thats fine I get that). For the 2 bathrooms upstairs he needed to go up/down 12 steps to install the 2 outlets, and 12 stairs to go into the basement to rough in the frames. He needed to go into the attic to fish some wire through which I understand can take time for the 2 outlets upstairs. Throughout the time he was at my house , he went back and forth to his van 17 times! He also somehow needed more supplies (again i called and told them exactly what I wanted done during scheduling this visit so I am confused as to how they didnt have needed materials). He was gone for 1 hour and 15 minutes total. The bill came almost 3 weeks later and I called to get clarification on bill pricing (hours there and parts pricing), productivity, and time away from the home. I don’t recall the gentleman’s name that answred the first call but he told me without speaking to the electrician that did my work he couldn’t answer much (thats fair). He said he would speak with him and call me back the next day. Orginal call was Thursday, I never received a call back Friday and it took me to call back at 315 on Monday to start getting any kind of answers. All I was told when I called was “Jared told me he was there for the time that was billed” when questioned about the hour and 15 minute absence to “go get parts” he laughed and said “I guess I didn’t ask him that.” (Mind you I live 13 minutes from their shop and less than 5 minutes from a menards and lowes). The gentleman speaking to me both times also never answered where they go to get materials when asked but responded with his parts are better quality than menards/lowes even if they have the same exact item numbers, brands, and descriptions. When asked if the electrician decided to take a lunch in that 1 hour and 15 minute absence and if I was supposed to be paying for something like that he was also unable to answer.When asked about the reasoning behind needing to go back and forth to the van 17 times (again going up and down 12 steps to 2nd floor or basement adds up to a lot of wasted time) he was unable to give me an answer. The gentleman that represented this company to handle simple questions that I had regarding a very expensive bill was handled with a lack of professionalism in being rude the first and second call, not returning my call the next day when he said he would, laughing at my questioning, and not even asking the electrician the concerns I even had in the first place. Overall, the work done to the house looks fairly good (it should for being there that long). I have spoken with other electricians and contractors that know my house who agreed that time seems excessive. I do believe I was billed for more time than was needed seeing as I never got any answers. I will not be working with this company again, and I will be letting all friends and family aware of my experience with this company.

Witzke did a great job from getting us a quote in a timely fashion to communication leading up to our service upgrade with a very professional, accommodating, and thorough electrician who laid out the panel how we wanted to see it. We’d use Witzke again in a heartbeat!

We called at 7 am with an electric issue and by 7:30 we had an electrician at our house…now, that’s service!! They have a new customer for sure.
