They don’t have upfront pricing. You don’t know the cost of labor or materials until you get invoice days later. Also on invoice does not break down cost of labor a materials. This practice is not for me.

Guys were great! They replaced my panel box perfectly and were also able to keep me posted on what they were doing. Very efficient, neat and communicative!

Called and made an appointment for an estimate. No Show and No Call. The next day, however, a tech called to say he was on the way. I said that they were supposed to be there the day before. He said, “oh well, she crossed it off and wrote in today. I don’t know why.” Then added rudely “So, do you want the estimate or not?” I was ready to say yes until he said that. I would not use them now if they were the only ones in town.

The meter blew on Thursday night. So I have no hot water or air conditioning minimum lighting. Bob comes out says “I can’t do anything without the meter replaced”. Get the meter replaced by fpl on Friday. Bob says “can’t do anything til Monday”. I’m like okay understandable Monday came and went Tuesday I’m thinking he’s gonna start the job. Tuesday morning he calls says he needs to speak to the home owner. I say “hey how are ya” he says your gonna need to hire a diffrent electrician and hangs up the phone. I see in some of the comments others have had some interesting interactions with Bob. It’s the holidays I hope Santa’s not watching Bobs actions.

I just purchased a mobile home and insurance said I needed to upgrade the panel. I called for an estimate and the office was very efficient at getting it scheduled. Bob Parks came when scheduled and was professional and a good guy. The estimate was emailed to me and was very reasonable. I called to confirm and office scheduled it for 3 days later. The journeyman who came to replace the old panel was on time and very professional. There was no mess and the new panel is great! I called 2 other contractors and one was 2 months out on this type of work The other was hard to make contact with and never returned my calls. I will use Parks Electric for any future work.

The technicians from Pauls Electric arrived on time. They did a very professional job installing outside light over my BBQ and installed electric outlet. Great job. Thanks much.
