DO NOT use Orland Electrical. I requested a service for outdoor lighting & several outlets not working. A technician came out and talked to me at my front door. He said it would be a simple fix and would email me a quote for how much the work will cost. He charged $149 for coming out and mentioned that would be deducted from the cost of the work/materials once the job is complete. They never sent me a quote. I have called the Company 4 times and they keep telling me they will “elevate to a supervisor” but then they go silent. I asked for a refund for the $149 multiple times and they tell me the same story (will elevate). They are unprofessional and hang up the phone when I talk with them about getting a refund. At this point, I am filing for fraudulent transaction with my CC, and don’t anticipate this getting resolved. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Hired Orland Electrical to install the interlock switch and inlet for a backup generator. Work was performed timely and efficiently with minimal damage to the wall. The parts were of high quality and installed properly. The owner took his time to explain the process and go over the available options. The price was also competitive. I will not hesitate to hire Orland Electrical again for my future projects.

The workmanship is top notch and when they couldn’t do what we had discussed due to a roof beam in the way they came to me and we talked about work-arounds. Orland Electrical listened and the compromise is perfect.
